NAME: Gareth Morris
AGED: 38
FROM: Burtonwood
TITLE: Heathcotes hospitality manager
HOW LONG WITH WOLVES: Six-and-a-half years
“PREPARATIONS start the week before a matchday where we work out how many staff we need. “The time of the year helps decides the menu as well as making sure we don’t duplicate over the 13 games.
“I can only taste the food in the kitchen but I’m told by the chief exec it is one of best in Super League. “I worked in hotels before moving here and the biggest difference is having to lock up and not have someone else to pass things on to.
“I wasn’t a rugby fan before but enjoy watching it now and have brought my four-year-old son and wife to games. “We hadn’t beaten St Helens before during my time at the club so the day we did I stood in the rain watching the game for 20 minutes, it was pretty special.
“The wedding licence keeps us busy through off season as well as conferences, charity dinners and then it’s Christmas.”
