TWO firework events are taking place in Fearnhead and Padgate this weekend.
An evening of folk and fireworks takes place tomorrow, Friday, when Turnpike will perform at Padgate Methodist Church from 7.30pm. The evening includes refreshments and fireworks.
Tickets are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.
On Saturday night, a firework display will be held at the Hawthorn Centre, on Orange Grove, hosted by the Blackbrook Community Association.
It is a free event and runs from between 6pm and 8pm. Side stalls and refreshments will be on offer, with Radio Warrington in attendance.
