It's Big Bugs next week as children will be challenged to construct a giant insect from bright plastic.
Admission to these special summer events is included in the standard ticket, but places are limited.
Adults must accompany children.
Visitors can also watch a fascinating show in the Alchemy Theatre in 3D for £1 per person.
Forensic fun in the new laboratory will give inquisitive youngsters the chance to solve a murder mystery.
