A ROBBER escaped with cash at the weekend after a raid on a business in Crewe.
The offender attacked a member of staff before robbing the premises on Broad Street at around 8.50pm on Saturday.

"The man then pushed past the staff member, who was a 21-year-old man, knocking him to the floor.
"He then proceeded to remove cash from the safe, placing it all into a bag. The offender then left the premises taking with him the cash and an office telephone.
"The staff member was shaken but unhurt."

He is of medium build, with short brown hair balding on top and had a dark goatee beard. At the time of the offence he was wearing a white t-shirt, black trousers and black shoes.
