A NEW restaurant pub is to be built beside the Daresbury Expressway in Manor Park, Runcorn.
Plans for the two-storey development in Evenwood Close, near Atos Origin, were given the green light by councillors. Developers CDP Limited have not disclosed the licensee's name. Sources close to the World speculate it could become a Toby Inn.
