I HAVE noticed that there are a lot of articles in the Guardian lately about missing pets, especially cats. May I make a small suggestion?
If the owners of the cats were a little bit more responsible, and not let their cats out at night, free to roam, fouling everybody else's garden but their own, then may be so many would not go missing!
