SPEED camera authorities are warning motorists not to ignore speeding fines just because they think it wasn't them driving.
Cheshire Safety Camera Partnership says a number of car owners have already been fined and given points for ignoring Notices of Intended Prosecution hoping to be let-off.
But traffic laws say the registered keeper of the vehicle must identify any driver caught speeding while driving their car.
