AN EDUCATION centre and extra car park is to be built at Hollins Park House in Winwick after an NHS development was approved.

The Five Boroughs Partnership NHS Trust proposal to convert the industrial therapy area on Hollins Lane was approved with conditions on Monday, February 13.
