FROM house builders to surveyors and recruitment agencies to specialist science companies - the Genesis Centre is home to all types of businesses.

And new businesses in Warrington have one final chance to join them thanks to a competition.

The Warrington Guardian has teamed up with Genesis to offer a start-up business the chance to use the office, free-of-charge for a year.

All you have to pay for in the office, which would house about four members staff, is the electricity bill.

The centre is currently home to 41 tenants from small satellite offices to large multi nationals such as Gleeds, Exel and Taylor Woodrow.

The building was purpose built with flexible floor plates to allow a wide spectrum of businesses to be accommodated.

There is a wide range of companies in the building, house builders, surveyors, IT software and hardware distributors, recruitment agencies, specialist scientific companies, the list is endless

The building boasts a new reception area and meeting room, a large car park, an onsite sandwich shop plus many other facilities including a post room, showers and 24-hour security.
