A NEW hip has given puppy Bobby the yellow Labrador a new lease of life after a tragic start to life, as reported in the Warrington Guardian last month.
Vet John Cartwright, who operated on Bobby, said: "He's coming along really well. He's taken to his new hip perfectly and is walking better than ever. The operation was a complete success and we're all delighted with Bobby's progress."
Bobby is starting a new series of hydrotherapy sessions and should be ready for rehoming in a few weeks, so watch this space.
