I AM writing to complain about North West Water.
Despite their slogan that they 'care for their customers' I received very little care when I came downstairs early one Sunday morning to find my kitchen flooded.
I phoned NWW to tell them and was told it would be treated as an emergency. Half an hour later, a man arrived to confirm it was an emergency. He told me someone would be out soon.
All Sunday I got excuses whenever I rang but finally, 26 hours after I called, the fault was fixed. O.A.P. Great Sankey.
