WARRINGTON based Scotia Haven has bought Cecil Smith, the Liverpool based dried fruit trading company.
A new trading company, Cecil Smith Trading Ltd, has been formed within Scotia Haven.
The new company will be based at the company's headquarters at Chesford Grange, Warrington.
