I WONDER if the police have got their priorities right.
A lady walking her dog on a lead was given a severe telling off by a police officer for her dog fouling a grassed area, not the footpath, while other dog owners in the area were exercising their dogs on the same grassed area without being on a lead.
While the police may have been correct in the offence the responsible owner was given a dressing down while the irresponsible owners were never even approached.
