I AM writing to ask who gave Warrington Borough Council permission to erect the Campbell clan's coat of arms on one of the new lampposts on Bridge Street?
I ask this because the Campbells are part of the Harris family as a Campbell married a Harris and nobody has asked the Harris family. I do not know if the Campbell family has been contacted.
