THERE'S no need to be afraid of dogs - even Scoopy the cat has learnt how to deal with them - he runs as fast as he can in the opposite direction (only joking).
Thanks to Prevent-A-Bite, a scheme to teach people how to handle dogs correctly, Scoopy has learnt what to do. Last Saturday the team came to Warrington and taught children at Pets At Home, the pet store, the correct way to handle dogs - after all, the majority of dogs are good, no matter what Scoopy may tell you.
If you would like to get in touch with the Prevent-A-Bite project so they can come and talk to you and your class, ask your parents or your teacher to contact Mr. D. Tindall on 01673 842329.
