A GOOD excuse for a party!
That was David Fraser's reaction when he realised that staff at the Woolwich, Sankey Street, Warrington, had clocked up 100 years between them. Forty guests helped them celebrate.
The branch was opened in l980. David, district manager, has been with the Woolwich 28 years. The rest of the staff are Elaine England, Caroline Wisedale and Maureen Devereux, senior customer assistants; Karen Hewitt, branch manager; Jane Howcroft, customer loans adviser and Julie Halpin, Saturday cashier.
