THE new Bishop of Warrington, the Venerable John Packer, has been consecrated by the Archbishop of York in a ceremony at York Minster.
Mr Packer, who is taking over from the Right Reverend Michael Henshall, will now be formally installed as Bishop of Warrington at Liverpool Cathedral on November 21.
