VULCAN continued their challenge for top spot with another fine away win against a bigger Rylands side.
They took the lead in the 35th minute when Alan Mousley scored with a crisp, low drive from 20 yards. They made it two with an excellent move which finished with Anthony Woodyer side-footing the ball home.
Rylands scored a penalty but when Alan Mousley saw his shot hit the post Woodyer was on hand to slam home the rebound.
Rylands pulled one back again but Vulcan put the result beyond doubt when Ian Given rounded the advancing keeper before sliding the ball home from a narrow angle.
