A SCHOOL teacher was remanded in custody by Halton magistrates accused of 16 sex offences against teenagers.
Robert Prosser, 46, a bachelor, of The Holloway, Runcorn, faces nine charges of indecent assault, four charges of gross indecency and three other serious sex offences.
The alleged offences took place in Runcorn and Widnes.
He was remanded in custody until October 1. The case is to be transferred to Warrington Crown Court. Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
