IT will be all hands on deck for craftsmen, bakers and gardeners this week, as they will be adding the finishing touches to their creations in time for this year's Vale Royal Show.
The event is to be staged at Winsford Civic Hall on Saturday, September 19.
Hundreds of exhibits will be vying for first place in their various classes - whether it be fruit, flowers and vegetables, flower arrangement or domestic and cookery.
Judges will be looking for the tastiest cakes, the most wonderful wines and the best blooms.
The Winsford and Middlewich Guardian will be presenting the Guardian Cup for the highest points obtained in the cookery section.
The doors will open to the public at 2pm until 5pm for families to admire the exhibits, and admission is just 50p.
