Eighty five per cent of callers voted against repairing the toilets - a notorious meeting place for homosexuals - partially demolished by a suspected vigilante three weeks ago.
"The toilets are a disgrace and are not required in Knutsford," said one.
"My children walk past when we go shopping into Knutsford and there are always cars outside," said Mr Ballance, of Northwich Road.
"They should be ripped apart and taken away in a skip."
Another said: "They should be completely flattened and all the gays taken out of the town completely."
Many callers against rebuilding the block asked for automatic toilets instead.
But this week Macclesfield Borough Council had repaired the gaping hole left in the toilet wall by a suntanned man driving a forklift truck.
"The council have taken this matter very seriously and the issue is due to be debated by members at the environmental health committee," said a spokesman.
"The way forward will then be discussed."
No voters in favour of rebuilding the toilets chose to record their comments.
