VETERANS and youngsters stood side by side in Middlewich on Sunday as a Remembrance Service was held.
The Last Post was played and then a minute's silence was held before the wreaths were laid.
The parade set off from the Royal British Legion headquarters in Lewin Street, Middlewich at around 10.30am.
Leading the way was Frodsham Band and the parade wended its way down Leadsmithy Street, St Michael's Way into High Town.
The ecumenical service culminated in a minute's silence at 11am.
