NEW business units being created on a venture park could create up to 50 new jobs, it was claimed this week.
Imex Spaces, the managed workspace division of Mentmore Abbey, acquired Radway Green Venture Park earlier this year in a deal worth more than £4 million.
The company is building five serviced 2,400 square feet business space units, six at 7,200 square feet, and 68,000 and 82,000 square feet units for larger enterprises.
"These new units will create the contingency for job creation at Alsager," said regional director Margaret Taylor.
"By comparison with our other locations we estimate at least 50 new jobs will be created here at Alsager as companies move onto the site."
Radway Green Venture Park covers 291,000 square feet, and lies on 26 acres of land.
