PUB tenant Jim Anchors caught the eye of competition judges with the spotless condition of his beer cellar.
Mr Anchors is the tenant of The Moss Inn, Canal Road, Congleton, which has won a place in the final round of a contest for this year's best kept cellar.
The competition is run by the Union Pub Company, the tenanted division of The Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries, and is open to 2,000 pubs.
"We're thrilled to reach this stage of the competition," said Mr Anchors.
"We always do our best to serve our customers with a great pint, so it's a real compliment to get this sort of recognition."
