If so the Warrington Carers' Centre desperately needs your skills to support carers throughout the area.
It is looking for volunteers to lend a sympathetic ear to the carers, as well as more practical activities such as making refreshments and welcoming visitors to the centre.
In return volunteers will have the opportunity to meet new people, get involved in exciting projects and give something back to their community.
The centre is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the volunteers' manager Beverley Mallinder can be contacted on 644212.
