TALENTED youngsters from the Great Sankey Leisure Centre achieved an impressive medal haul in a gymnastics competition at Ellesmere Port.
Competing against seven other north west clubs, the Warrington gymnasts, some as young as four, won three gold medals plus two silver and two bronze.
Head coach Sara Alcock said: "Considering the fact that we did not have much time to prepare, the children's performances wwere unbelievable. I am so proud of them.
"Now we have to work hard to build on what they've achieved, so that each child can fulfil their potential."
The leisure centre has decided to run a summer school during the summer holidays. Anyone interested in taking part should contact the centre on 724411.
