LITTLE Banjo loves being part of a family, and having a fuss made of him by children, but his last owners kept him out in the cold.
The five-year-old cross-breed was brought into the RSPCA centre on Slutchers Lane by an RSPCA inspector because his family did not want him and he was left outside all the time in the garden.
If you would like to let playful Banjo in to your home, then call and see him at the RSPCA centre, or call the centre on 632944.
The Guardian has launched a campaign to help the RSPCA care for hundreds of unwanted dogs while new homes are found for them.
It costs a massive £7,000 a year just to feed the animals at the Warrington branch, which is self-supporting.
We are appealing to our readers to bring into our Bridge Street offices cans of dog and cat food, small animal feed and bird seed. It doesn't matter how small because it all goes towards helping abandoned pets.
The Guardian will deliver all the donations.
