SHOPPERS helped collect cash for the American Red Cross last week when entertainer Terry de Maxim brought a patriotic feel to Warrington town centre.
Dressed in themed clothing, he was making balloon sculptures to help raise money for those affected by the terrorist attacks in America.
Terry, of Haydock, said: "I just wanted to do something to help.
"I know I won't make millions but every penny that is donated will go to the Red Cross. I'd like to think that if I had lost my family, then people would try to help."
