THIS single is quite confusing because it sounds a bit like Radiohead and a bit like Coldplay. I love the former but hate the latter - so I'm stuck somewhere in the middle.
Grech traverses genres like a university drinking game that fiendishly includes beer, wines and spirits.
The first track has the electronic ambience of Radiohead's OK Computer but the soppy vocals of Travis/Coldplay.
Still, at 20 years old this is some really powerful stuff and to be able to dip in and out of so many styles shows what extraordinary talent Grech has. I'm sure that with a few morelistens most people will genuinely enjoy this track.
