AFTER reading over the last couple of weeks the letters you published concerning service at Le Frog restaurant, I feel compelled to put pen to paper to give you my experiences. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before our booking at the restaurant.

On arrival we were both greeted very warmly, told our table was ready for us, but if we wished to have a drink at the bar first that would be fine.

After a drink at the bar we made our way to the table. We were promptly greeted by another waiter who asked if we were ready to order our meal.

My husband and I found this so very refreshing, having eaten out a number of times and felt rushed in order to free the table up to get somebody else in.

We felt very relaxed all evening and enjoyed it immensely.

Throughout the evening the waiters were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, even though the restaurant was full.

It too was a special evening for us like your other correspondents, but never did we expect to be treated any differently to anybody else at any time.

The food was extremely good and I have recommended the restaurant to many of our friends and we have revisited it ourselves a number of times since.

It just goes to show you cannot please everybody all of the time and for some people there is no pleasing them at all.
