IN reply to Miss Clark the kids do play on my front and they are good kids.
As for the cost of the sign, it's also the cost of two workmen, their van, the time they book to the job and materials and so on. And the fact that it is a total waste of time because the police will not enforce the sign anyway. All the other council departments that I spoke to said they don't use these signs anymore.
