THE six-a-side league that runs at Kingsway Free Leisure Centre on a Sunday is offering new teams free registration until December 10, 2003.

The league will cater for local six-a-side teams who will play an intense half-hour game each week, in a pay-as-you-play format.

All standards of teams are welcome, even those who have not considered playing before.

Each game is refereed, all equipment is supplied and there is no need for matching kits.

The league is professionally managed with qualified referees and all organisation is taken care of.

The league information, including league tables, is on the Internet weekly for all teams to view. League organiser Paul Smith said: "We have decided that in order for teams to try out and to attract as many teams as possible we will offer free registration to the league for the next few weeks.

"The usual fee is £25 but we are pleased to welcome new teams free of charge."
