Widnes Albion Bulls 2
Eastmoor Dragons 21
AGAINST conference league opposition the Bulls took the game to the Dragons.
But their only reward was a Lee Birdseye penalty after 25 minutes.
Fine performances from Eddie Kilgannon, Andy Hibbert and Gary Richardson.
Eastmoor scored two converted tries in the first 10 minutes of the second half.
Albion were unlucky when Kev Buck had a touchdown disallowed. In the last 10 minutes they conceded a try, two goals and a drop goal.
Albion resume their league programme with a visit to Blackbrook, kick-off 2pm.

TONY Knight and Ian Littler used possession well to register a half time lead of 20-2.
Second half saw Ste Butler urging his men on to keep the defence good, well supported by Kev Swindley, Stu Featherstone and Mike Elwell, while Barry Kingsley, Phil Baker and Dave Buck did well in the backs. The Albion are away at local rivals St Maries next week, kick-off 2pm.
