I AM 58-years-old and remember Warrington with lots of open space and woodland, now there is little else but buildings.
However, the reason for this letter is contained in an article I read many years ago, it stated: 'The area between Manchester, Liverpool and Carlisle will be one built-up area'. Is this statement an architect's fantasy or prediction?
The way that Warrington Borough Council is granting planning permission, I think the latter.
