Every Tuesday and Saturday an officer will be in the Market Hall in the old town.
They will be security marking mobile phones using an ultraviolet pen free of charge.
And they will also be showing people how to find the 15-digit pin number which is unique to each mobile phone. With this number you only need contact your line provider to disable the phone.
