CEREAL munching youngsters at a Great Sankey primary school are drumming up support for a fundraiser.
The junior Friends of Sycamore Lane group are taking part in Nestle's Boxtop Scheme, collecting tokens from cereal boxes to raise cash for school projects. For every token the group gets 10p, and last year nearly £150 was generated for the school's IT suite. This year the youngsters involved have been busy making posters to promote the scheme within school.
Children in the group this year are Stephen Pester, Liam Cattrall, Jordan Scott, Sean Nestor, Zoe Elvin, Stephanie Bushell, Lynzi Broadhurst, Olivia Davison, Denym Wright, Jade Buckingham, Gemma Nichol, Joshua Eckersley.
