SPRING has sprung in Warrington with youngsters across the town celebrating the new season in their own way.
Children across Warrington celebrated Easter in style this year as schools provided a host of activities to mark the occasion.
Easter events were held at schools in the run up to the break and students proved that Easter is not all about chocolate and eggs - although the confectionary still played an important part in the celebrations.
The traditional Easter bonnet parade proved as popular as ever as with children decorating their hats with springtime and Easter symbols.
While other schoolchildren celebrated the religious story of Easter with a Passion Play.
