MEMBERS of Speakout were on hand on Saturday at the launch of the Back Home project.
The initiative will provide an opportunity for the young people to research South Asian cultural heritage and to also share and highlight the contributions made by the ethnic community to Warrington's socio-economic development.
The overall aim of the project is to value diversity and to build a better cultural understanding and cohesion among the young people.
Those interested in how to get involved were given the opportunity to network and meet the youth workers working on this project, namely: Claire Kiernan, Rita Green and Anna Backlund, who all hail from the Warrington Youth Service.
They will be supporting and advising the young people in this project as well as taking the opportunity to get involved.
