Mrs Kathleen Perkins, wife of the late Mr Roy Perkins, died of a stroke on February 15. She was 87.
Mrs Perkins, of Woodleigh care home, and Riverbank nursing home, lived in Warrington all her life. She worked at Orford Tanning Company and later at Joseph Crosfield & Son. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and holidays with her husband and family.
She leaves a daughter, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Requiem Mass was held on February 24 at St Benedict's RC Church, followed by cremation at Walton Lea. The Rev Father Tony Slingo officiated.
