HUFFING and puffing, she would have struggled to trudge to the gym - now she works out and swims four times a week.
Sue Hindle, 26, has shed a staggering four stone in five months!
"I've got tons more energy," said Sue, of Widnes, who has shrunk from a chunky size 20 to a trim 12.
"I feel 10 times more confident. It's changed my life."
Looking fat and frumpy in her holiday pictures last year, made her determined to slim.
"Oh, my God, I can't believe I look like this, the pictures were horrendous," said Sue. "I was just a big couch potato. I never wanted to do anything or go anywhere."
She lost a stone on her own and then joined Slimming World at 15 stone, when the pounds just dropped off.
"I never felt hungry," said Sue, now just 11 stone. "I re-educated the way I ate. Instead of reaching for a bar of chocolate, I'd have a Muller light.
"I could eat as much fruit and vegetables as I wanted."
Sue said her fiance and family were really supportive. She is now looking forward to wearing her dream wedding dress.
"I've picked a really slinky fitted dress. People who haven't seen me for ages don't recognise me. It's the best thing I've ever done, I feel so well.
"I can shop in Next and buy things off the shelf. A year ago, I'd have been out of breath walking to the gym, now I've got so much energy I workout four times a week.
"I know now that I can stay at this weight for good."
Sue's Slimming World tutor Joanne Minnis runs classes at the Ring O' Bells on Wednesdays at 5.30pm & 7pm and at Mill Brow social club on Thursdays at 7pm.
