Liz, 16, took victory in the Junior Girls' Singles at the event held at the National Sports Centre on the Isle of Man.
The St Nicholas RC High School pupil, who was representing Ireland, was on top form and defeated Scotland's top player Laura Rumgay 3-0 in the final.
Earlier in the day Liz had breezed past Welsh number one Emily Newman.
Speaking after the final Liz said: "I didn't play particularly well earlier in the weekend, but my game came together at the right time."
And the weekend was nearly a perfect family event when Liz's younger sister, Fiona, made her Ireland debut in the Cadet event.
Fiona won eight of her 10 matches, losing in the final stages to England's Emma Vickers and Caroline Hallows.
Fiona will now go on to represent Ireland in the European Youth Championships to be held in Hungary in July.
