TO continue the discussion over speed bumps, I have two young grandchildren who live in Withers Avenue. I support not lumps, bumps or humps, but the enforcement of the 'access only' signs which were erected after a youngster was killed.
The two roads involved are rat runs for drivers of the 'it does not apply to me' brigade.
