AN art group in Fairfield, which helps people with mental illness, has received a generous donation from a morris dancing troupe.
The Mummers, a branch of the Thelwall Morris Men, performed the Carrington Mon Mummers play at several pubs over the Christmas period to collect money for the Xpressions Art Group.
And last week they donated £200 to the group, which is based at Fairfield Community House on Manchester Road.
