WITH reference to the letter 'Not about teaching on the cheap' (Dear Star, April 22). Come on Unison. Is there only the NUT and qualified N. N. E. B's who can read the writing on the wall?
I and two of my colleagues have been made redundant. Why? Because we are too expensive. We have worked in the school for 38 years between us.
At a recent Forum we were informed by an L.E.A. Advisor that there isn't any money designated for the new grading. Any money will come from school funds. I rest my case.
