A GROUP of 32 Warriors of Warrington swimmers made a big splash at the Rotherham Metro Licensed Meet in Sheffield.
They won 23 medals between them, including nine gold, and secured more than 60 top 10 placings.
The star of the Warriors contingent was 11-year-old Tim Almond, who swam within his national qualifying time in five events.
The other Warriors swimmers to swim inside their national qualifying times were Matthew Verdon, Amy Pegnam, two and Kate Eccles
Warriors' gold medal winners were Matthew, two, David Whitfield, three and James Miller.
Their silver medals were won by Tim, two, Jonathan Gatley, two, Edward Shattock, Amy and Kate while their bronze medal winners were Amy, three, Kate, Nichole Lynam, Tim and James.
