AMY Hankinson gained a bronze medal in the English Schools Indoor Athletics Championships which took place in Birmingham.
13-year-old represented Cheshire Schools in the standing triple jump and leaped 6.91 metres to come third out of 25.
Amy is in year eight at Sir Thomas Boteler High School and she also competes for Warrington Athletics Club.
