A PROPOSED move for Penketh Post Office could mean longer opening hours for the service and free parking close by for customers.
People are being asked to comment on the proposals to relocate the post office in Warrington Road to the Spar store in Honiton Way later this year.
Philippa Wright, retail line manager, said: "This move would help safeguard our services in the area as well as providing a number of customer benefits.
"These would include longer opening hours, National Lottery products, flat level access and nearby free parking for 50 cars."
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals should contact Mrs Wright at NCT, Post Office Ltd, PO Box 2060, Watford, WD18 8ZW by Friday, May 21.
