WARRINGTON Male Voice Choir can sing when they're winning after scooping two prizes at the Bangor International Choral Festival.
The choir won top prize in the male voice category and came runner-up in the open choral categories at the festival in Northern Ireland.
They followed up their victory with a special concert at the Fitzroy Presbyterian Church in Belfast, where the Mayor of Warrington, Councillor Pauline Nelson, was the guest of honour.
The church is one of only two in Northern Ireland to receive the Pax Criste International Award for peace and reconciliation and the choir celebrated this by serenading the audience'.
Choir Chairman, Barrie Johnson, said: "Our sole motivating factor is to give the people of Ireland hope and encouragement for those working for peace and reconciliation at a grass roots level."
