THE funeral has taken place of Ernest Beresford, of Walnut Drive, Winsford, who died on May 22, aged 79.
Ernest was the beloved husband of May and a dearly loved dad and granddad.
Family, relatives and friends attended the service and committal, which was held at Crewe Crematorium, officiated by Canon W Twidell.
In addition to floral tributes, donations to ward four, Leighton Hospital, were also received.
Arrangements were by Pope Funeral Services, Winsford.
