CHECK this out for British justice.
In April this year, a creature and its friends (or should that be fiends) were drunkenly driving a stolen car down Fairfield Road and ploughed into another car with five sober occupants, all of whom were seriously injured.
One was suffering from cancer and died shortly afterwards.
After its discharge from hospital with its own injuries, the creature was caught shoplifting - not much feeling of guilt or remorse there then.
The creature was eventually arrested for its road traffic offences and was recently sentenced to 18 months for dangerous driving and four months for driving whilst disqualified.
It was also disqualified from driving for seven years but since it was already disqualified, and that's its normal way of driving anyway, that's hardly punishment, is it?
The creature is due to be released in a few months time - just in time for a nice warm summer of freedom to start getting on with the rest of its selfish, carefree life.
Still in its early 20s, the creature has its whole life ahead of it.
This wasn't its first offence of this kind.
My family and friends were in the other car.
Am I bitter? - you betcha.
